5 beautiful things you probably did not know about Africa

Africa is a beautiful continent. However, it is rather unfortunate that the only thing people get to talk about when this great continent is mentioned is the gloomy and dark side of the continent.

Things you didn't know about Africa

It may be true that virtually all the countries in Africa are developing countries; the continent may be plagued with
images of starving children, endemic diseases that could wipe out an entire generation and the constant shortage of medical services, it still remains a wonderful continent.

The ills of this part of the world are more preached than the goodness contained therein. It should be noted that Africa represents a people with strength, the elephant, giraffe, lions, cheetahs and other rare animals accentuate the continent’s association with nature.

It is appalling that despite the beautiful things worth commending on in Africa, most people choose to air the not so inspiring details of this continent. If

Africa got discussed in a fair manner, paying attention to the good parts as well as the other aspects being worked on, this would not cause an impairment of judgement on the part of the tourists who choose to visit this part of the world.

Despite the fact that the continent has countries that are torn by war, it has recorded many achievements too. The leaders of the affected countries are doing their best possible in making sure Africa remains strong against the howling storm of challenges it is facing.

Find below some of the remarkable things about Africa you may not know:
