He is survived by his wife Ivy Funmilayo, and two daughters- Tare and Luyi.

'Sly' who passed away on May 3, 2015 and buried on May 8, 2015 passed away from
spinal cord infection.
The show which was anchor by Jimi disu along side Sly wife Ivy Funmilayo and some other fellow OAP in classic fm97.3
They all share their experience of the late OAP SLY of been a man everyone would love to have as a brother, friend and husband.
A memorial will held for Him on Tuesday 3rd of may 2016 at the Our Lady Of Perpetual Help, 14, Musa Yar'adua St of Kofo Abayomi Crescent Victoria Island by 2pm
