Abducted Kwara APC chair, scribe regain freedom

The State chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Kwara State, Hon. Ishola Balogun Fulani, and the state secretary of the party, Chief Olabode Adekanye, on Saturday regained freedom from the den of kidnappers.

They were kidnapped by gunmen along the Abuja – Lokoja highway on Friday.

The spokesman of the party, Sulyman Buhari, said the party chairman and the secretary have been freed from the den of kidnappers.



He said the collaborative efforts and synergy between the Nigerian Police and other security agencies in the country led to the release of the duo.

The party hailed security agencies for securing the unconditional release of its leaders as swift as possible.

The party also appreciated the support and prayers from members of the All Progressives Congress across the country.
